So I've lurked and lingered long enough reading other blogs ... guess I'm starting my own !
Today I went to see my GP and told him that I didn't think the current meds I'm taking ( Lexapro ) are right for me ... I'm feeling very apathetic and I just keep eating and eating and I've never weighed this much in my life ( other than being pregnant ) and after doing some research want to try Wellbutrin.
Additionally, I'm trying to get lined up w. a psychiatrist so that they can counsel me and monitor my meds for ED ... (shhh don't let ED find out ... ) .
I see an RD once a week who is the bestest - but I have just struggled for the last year w. this and no matter how hard I try I can not kick this funk. But I will ... whatever it takes. Maybe this blog will be my new outlet ...
I'm currently reading "Life w.out Ed" which is a great, easy read for anyone. I'm also "reading" (on audio ) the Lifeguard by James Patterson. Loving it! I listen to this when I'm in the car which is like always ... and really enjoying it ! Great way to de-stress on the ride in and home from work.
Maybe my next post will be a little background about me ... and I guess I'll have to find some pix too ... wowsers ...
